We have the power to control our thoughts. As Joyce says, “think about what you’re thinking about.”
When I began to be mindful of my thoughts, I realized I had a pretty negative mindset. Slowly, I began replacing my negative thoughts with more positive ones and you know what? It really does make a difference over time – not just in my perception of things, but also my actions.
Today, I encourage you to really think about what you are thinking about. When you find that one negative thought that keeps popping into your mind, see if you can come up with 3 positive things to help change your perception of that thought.
Being mindful of our thoughts will not only help us improve our thoughts, but also our actions. Just like the picture above says, “Where the mind goes, the man follows.”
